What Do We Collect and Why?
You may browse our site without providing us any information that is identifiable for you. When using our app we will collect the OS version you are using in order to ensure that the application is presented to you properly.
We do not ask you for, access or track any location based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using our app or services.
We use your IP address and other standard log file information to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.

- Two Stage Passed – Used to check on each page whether two stage was passed
- Available Meeting Groups – The available meeting groups; used to populate the drop down box on the home screens
- Last Viewed Alert ID – The ID of the alert you last viewed
- Last Viewed Alert Version – The version of the alert you last viewed
- Web Access Main Content URL – Used to see where to send the user if he refreshes the main pages (home/rc/contacts/calendar/etc). This is due to those pages being inside an iframe.
- Selected Time Zone – Selected time zone in dropdown on Calendar page
- Password Alert Viewed – Boolean determining whether the user has seen the Password Alert popup
Forms Authentication cookie (Encrypted) – The users login cookie
Multi Site Shortcut – Contains a site name to redirect the user to if they go to the Multi Site Master launch page (this is set when you select a site from the drop down on the Master Multi Site launch page)
Accessibility Mode – Determines whether the site is in accessibility mode or not
These cookies can be quite intrusive as they track a user’s browsing behaviour from website to website, often to be used for targeted advertising. We don’t use any targeting cookies.

Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients
Diligent collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Diligent works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.
Information collected through this site will be processed in and subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level protection for your personal information as your home country, and may be available to the United States government or its agencies under a lawful order made in the United States. In addition, we may transfer your information outside the United States to our affiliates, business partners, and service providers located in other countries. By using this Site and Boardbooks, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the United States and these other countries.
Diligent may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service such as our client relationship manager. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Diligent has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to Diligent’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Diligent to amend or remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
Diligent will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed provide services to our Client. Diligent will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We post customer testimonials/comments/reviews on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
